Herkimer Central Schools will dismiss students early today, Wednesday, Jan. 25, due to predicted inclement weather. Pre-K will dismiss at 12:30 p.m., grades K-5 will dismiss at 1:30 p.m. and grades 6-12 will dismiss at 1 p.m. All after school activities are canceled.

Three Herkimer Central School District students won a total of four awards in the 2023 Central New York Scholastic Art Awards, and their artwork will be on display at Onondaga Community College. Families of Herkimer Central School District second graders received custom ornaments made by students this holiday season to add to their Christmas trees or other displays.
