The Special Meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. in the Jr/Sr. High School Media Center by President Brian Crandall and the Pledge of Allegiance was said.

Staffing Recommendation
Upon the recommendation of Superintendent Miller, on a motion made by Ms. Gilbert; seconded by Ms. Fischer to approve the following personnel action:
Maternity- Leave Request
- O’Brien, Suzanne
- Middle School Guidance Counselor
- Effective on or before: December 18, 2019
- Anticipated leave approximately 8 weeks; pending physician’s release.
All voted in favor; motion carried 5:0.
On a motion made by Ms. Gilbert, and seconded by Ms. Herringshaw, the BOE entered into an Executive Session for the purpose of discussing retention or discipline of an individual. All voted in favor; motion carried 5:0.
Executive Session
The Board moved into Executive Session at 7:05 p.m.
President Crandall declared the public meeting reconvened at 7:50 p.m.
On a motion made by Ms. Gilbert, seconded by Ms. Herringshaw, the BOE adjourned the public meeting at 7:52 p.m. All voted in favor; motion carried 5:0.
