District residents can tune in to January’s regular meeting of the Board of Education via livestream beginning at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13. More information about the meeting can be found on the Current Board Agenda page.
To watch this meeting via Google Meet, visitors can navigate to https://stream.meet.google.com/stream/923f3c28-ab53-4037-b75f-b0343b9c1901 using any web browser.
To access the livestream, viewers should enter the following credentials:

These credentials will not be activated until the date of the meeting. It may be necessary to log out of an existing Google account, or to use a “private” or “incognito” browser window, to use these credentials.
To submit a comment prior to the meeting, email epopek@herkimercsd.org. Include your full name with your comment. The information you provide may be read aloud during the meeting if a public comment period is held.
A recording of the meeting will be posted to the Herkimer CSD YouTube channel in the days following the meeting. Meeting minutes are posted to the district website after they have been approved by the board.
