Thank you to the East Herkimer Volunteer Fire Department, Village of Herkimer Fire Department, Sparky the Fire Dog and our very own Mr. Mathy (an Old Forge fireman) for putting on an amazing Fire Safety Assembly this morning at the Elementary School!
The assembly was about how to stay safe and what to do if there is a fire.
Students enjoyed the visit from Sparky and the opportunity to see a firetruck and its intricacies up close.
