Students, parents and staff who need tech help during remote learning now have an easy way to get it.
Anyone who needs technology support can choose one of two ways to reach out and ask for support:
- Fill out a Tech Help Request Form
- Call (315) 866-2230, ext. 3006, and leave a message
If leaving a message, be sure to identify yourself, and leave your contact information (email address or phone number) so that Tech Support knows how to reach you. (You will be asked to provide this information if you use the Tech Help Request Form as well.) Our Tech Support team will follow up with you to get you the help you need.
We are also working to put together more resources and information to support parents and students who are learning remotely. We will share that information as it becomes available.
