Herkimer student Terrance Jones has officially committed to continue his academics and play football this fall at Utica University.
The commitment ceremony took place on Monday, May 5.
A dedicated three-sport varsity athlete, Jones has excelled in football, basketball and baseball during his time at Herkimer. In addition to his athletic accomplishments, he is completing the Criminal Justice program at Herkimer BOCES and plans to continue his studies in criminal justice at Utica University.
Jones has consistently been a positive role model for younger student-athletes and has shown a strong commitment to leadership and service. This year, he helped launch the Magic Mentors initiative as part of his civics class, aiming to inspire and support younger students throughout the district.
We congratulate Terrance on this exciting next chapter and thank him for the lasting impact he’s made at Herkimer High School.
