StellaBlue Ruffule named Art Student of the Month for June

The Art Student of the Month for June is StellaBlue Ruffule! StellaBlue is in seventh grade and was chosen as Student of the Month by Mrs. Zorn because of her outstanding work ethic and her role as a positive influence in the classroom. StellaBlue consistently uses her class time well, and she strives to improve her creativity and art-making skills. She is truly a leader in the classroom. Below is an interview with StellaBlue.

 

Q. How does it feel to be Art Student of the Month?

A. It feels rewarding to be named “Art Student of the Month” because of the hard work I have done over the past two years in art class.

 

Q. What are your favorite art-making materials to work with?

A. I like to paint with watercolors and sculpt with clay.

 

Q. Do you have any artworks that you are particularly proud of?

A. I like most of my artwork, but I’m not particularly proud of one more than the rest.

 

Q. Do you plan on taking more art classes when you are in high school?

A. Yes, I do plan on taking more art classes in high school.

 

Q. Do you have any advice for your classmates about the art-making process?

A. You can do almost whatever you want with an art project, as long as you stay within the boundaries of the assignment.
