Herkimer senior Melia Couchman wins pole vault state championship

Congratulations to Herkimer Central School District senior Melia Couchman for winning the 2023 state championship in girls pole vault!

She won the 2023 state championship in girls pole vault on Friday, June 9, during the New York State Public High School Athletic Association Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Middletown High School.
