Herkimer Central School District is asking families to complete an income collection form that helps the district qualify to receive funding for programs.
The quickest and best way to complete the income form is by going to EzMealApp.com, selecting your school district and following the prompts from there.

School meals will be free for all Herkimer CSD students for the 2023-24 school year, and families do not need to fill out a free/reduced meal application. But filling out the income collection form instead helps the district by providing community information for receiving program funding.
