Herkimer CSD welcomes new teachers and staff

Herkimer Central School District administrators welcomed new teachers and staff with a fun-spirited orientation day on Tuesday, Aug. 22, in the Jr./Sr. High School Library Media Center.

The new staff participated in ice-breaker activities, took a tour, met their mentors, received training and heard from administrators.

“There’s a reason you’re in this room,” Herkimer Superintendent Kathleen Carney said. “There’s an impact that you’re going to have on children’s lives.”
