Q. What date did you start in the new role?
A. Sept. 4, 2025.
Q. What is your background experience that led to this position?
A. I went to school at Utica for five years to get my degree in PE and health. I chose this because I love sports and it’s a huge part of my life.
Q. What makes you excited about working in your new role at Herkimer CSD?
A. Giving back to the place that gave me so much.
Q. When did you first know you wanted become a physical education teacher and what made you feel that way?
A. I always enjoyed sports, and then I started coaching and realized I wanted to work with kids and help them become physically active.
Q. What do you think makes Herkimer CSD special?
A. The staff is so helpful and cares so much about us and the students.
Q. How does it make you feel to now be working at Herkimer CSD after previously going to school here?
A. It feels like a full circle moment as this school gave me so much and now to give back to it feels even better.
