Summer School registration for students in grades 9-12 will be held 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, June 26, in the High School Guidance Office.
A letter will be mailed home by June 24 to parents/caregivers if their child will need to attend Summer School. All summer school registration will need to be done in person.
Parents will be required to fill out two forms, which you can click on below to access if the parent/caregiver is not able to attend the summer school registration:
- Parent/caregiver and student form
- The Student Handbook Acknowledgement sheet (the last page must be signed by both the parent/caregiver and student)
Middle School parents/caregivers: Please be advised that Middle School students have already been given their summer school packet. If your student(s) have not returned the packet, please return it between 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Monday, June 26.
Herkimer-Fulton-Hamilton-Otsego BOCES Regional Summer School Information:
Location: Jarvis Middle School, 28 Grove St. in Mohawk
When: July 10-Aug. 17 (Monday-Thursday only). Classes will run from July 10 to Aug. 15, and Regents Exams will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 16, and Thursday, Aug. 17.
Time: Session 1: 7:35-9:28 a.m. Session 2: 9:33-11:26 a.m.
Transportation will be provided to both Middle and High School students at the following locations and times:
- East Herkimer Fire Department: Pick-up at 6:50 a.m.
- Fat Cats: Pick-up at 7 a.m.
- HHS: Pick-up at 7:10 a.m.
