Several students from Herkimer were selected to perform at the NYSSMA Zone 4 Area All-State Music Festival, held Nov. 15 and 16 at Rome Free Academy.
Selected to the Treble Choir were Sarah Eastwood and Ella Wilcox. In the Mixed Choir were Zachary Williams, Nate Polus, Joseph Carney, Reeve Cunningham, Dante Mergenthaler, Dani Rivett and Kimberly Wood. Selected as principal trombone in the Area All-State Orchestra was Aaron Baldwin.
